ジェファーソン郡 ホテル

「全体的にはサービスも良く部屋も綺麗でした。あえていうなら、シャワーの水圧が弱いところぐらいです。」

「The atmosphere is wonderful and the people go above and beyond to help you during unusual circumstances. My wife is a patient at Norton hospital near there, and the staff went out of their way to make sure that the hotel was a comfortable haven while we coped with an out-of-town caregiving challenge.」

「部屋は綺麗で問題なかったのですが、近辺の雰囲気が良くなかったです。」

「Room was clean and entire floor smelled amazing!」

「Good location. Clean」

「I was very satisfied with the room — it was spacious and everything, including the bed, shower room, and sink, was spotless. The buffet-style breakfast offered a great variety and was also very satisfying.」

「The shower had rusty mold in it. There was a dirty hand print on the wall above the toilet. We book our stay for the pool but it was closed the entire stay for a chemical imbalance. We left the night before our checkout because we had already done what we came to do and the pool was closed. The staff was outstanding(Bill,Fransesco*(front desk), and Stephen(bartender) but I couldn’t select 5 stars bc this app wouldn’t let me scroll over.」

「thanks for a good nights stay」

「ロビーの設備やスタッフは素晴らしいのに、部屋の清掃不足とトイレットペーパーやボディーソープの補充がなされなかったのが残念。」

「My daughter and I stayed at the Cottonwood Louisville Hotel for the weekend, and overall we had a nice stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. My only wish was that there were more restaurants within walking distance, but besides that, everything was good. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.」
