「Very nice hotel/casino. Room was upgraded for us and was very spacious, clean and had plenty of towels/amenities. Casino payouts were o.k. on slots. Unfortunately no cocktails are offered free anymore, just coffee and soft drinks. Italian restaurant, Amici, was delicious! Didn't use hotel pool or spa. Nice to see a pretty crowded casino with a lively crowd!」

「The only thing that needs some improvement is their breakfast. If you’re going to offer breakfast have more than just cereal, fruit and muffins. Other than that everything was great. Clean rooms, friendly staff and close to everything!」

「This place is a gem! Our definite go-to place when I come to say in Western NC. Everything you would want in a cabin is here - as long as you don’t mind the outdoor propane fire pit in place of a messy indoor wood burning fireplace. I wish I could tell everybody this place sucks, so I can can scare people away and I will always have a room available 😝」

「Property was clean. It was well stocked. Kitchen was very nice. The bathroom was spacious, clean nicely laid out. Did not like that they charge you or Matthew 20 something dollars a day for men that you have right out of the property whether you use it or not they automatically charge you for every night you stay which is not just justifiable. It is better to charge you if you use the amenity as soon as you go in since you have to drive to the location, they can charge you an interest rate...

「There is nobody at the hotel at night I'm not sure what time they leave but I accidentally locked myself out at 2 AM well I could not get back into my room until 8 AM luckily I had the keys to my vehicle so I shot it till 8 AM」

「Over all stay was okay but when you book through Expedia, they don't provide a good room. I don't know what is the deal between them or it's about the person who stays there. Am an Asian obviously I can't change my face I wish I could to treat equally. They have the best slot for others they put me somewhere down where I can hear if someone walks upstairs I can hear clearly coz it's only the wooden floors and no carpet on it. I have very sensitive ears where I can't sleep. Then I requested them...

「Just adequate. Room was clean, but smelled moldy. Property is dated and off the beaten path. Low volume day we were there. Skeleton staff had to wait for someone to come check us in. Was out of waffle mix. No protien offered with breakfast. Seems like they are barely hanging on, but doing bare minimum still. Not a plan for success in my opinion. 」
