「Location was great, the place was great! My key box pin number I was given did not work but luckily the front desk person was still there and was able to give me a spare key to use. MInor hiccup but still would stay there again!」

「I had stayed in this location before, but this trip was terrible. The television did not work, there was a very unpleasant smell throughout the apartment, There was only 1 small plate and only 1 coffee mug , no spoons, very little other silverware . I spent over 90 minutes texting with the owner to try and resolve the tv issue, with no success We expected someone to come and deal with the issues the next day while we were out, but nothing was done at all . StillNo working tv, bad smell, no...

「Great condo. Super location. Enjoyed our stay very much」

「This is a property in the basement . Door directly facing the garbage refuse area. The stairway to get to this basement apartment is very steep and unclean, there were cockroaches roaming around outside the apartment, the apartment itself was decent on the inside . The location is good too. How ever the garbage refuse area and the unclean stairway downstairs are very off putting . This again may / may not be in the host’s control, hence the 4 stars. 」

「This was an awesome place to stay for our two day trip in NJ/NY!! The place was very clean and welcoming and the host was very communicative and friendly. Perfect place for a couple or a few friends passing through or planning a big trip!! Would stay here again!」

「Clean space with very friendly service」

「The entire venue was nothing short of excellent! Great value. Great location! Super easy and quick trip to Manhattan on top of it.」

「It was awesome experience. Keilai was wonderful」

「The place was very clean and perfectly located for us. Guests should be aware that the entrance is in the front bedroom which could be awkward. The front bedroom was also next to the door which made it a bit loud for sensitive sleepers. The WiFi was a bit weak as well. But overall a was a great place fairly price for a quick trip for two adults. 」

「The Good:The location was great. 2 min walk to the bus line to take you into the city. The host was very communicative and was very flexible when we had to move our trip up a few days. The Not So Great:The main problem is that inside it just too basic. It was clean but things like broken tiles, outdated bathrooms, and a poorly stocked kitchen left a lot to be desired. For the price seems like things should be a bit more updated. Similar with the parking. Great that it’s available but be aware...

「Enjoyed our stay in NJ! Great location and host.」

「This property is ideal for active families on the go. It is equipped, comfortable beds, full kitchen free parking and allows pets for a fee. Nice neighborhood with a dog park within a 2 minute walk, lots of great food within a 10 minute drive in any direction and close to NYC. Thanks!!!」
