"I told you about my stay and I got no help. I don’t I don’t know why I even booked through Hotels.com. If there’s an issue with the room, you send them proof they call the property because they need permission to refund you but if there’s no response or they don’t get permission, they can’t although you sent the the video and the pictures of the room, it doesn’t make any sense. I’m not booking it for you guys."

"Small building but very spacious, clean, new and modern. Lots of foods nearby, close to the mall, even closer to the bus stop to go to NY. Breakfast is sufficient enough. Although the room we were assigned to, has an air leak in their AC/Heating unit. Felt the cold breeze from the outside underneath it. But the room gets warm fast. But overall great for the price, would definitely come back again. "
