「Water was salty. Sometimes there's no hot water. But it's ok. The most irritating thing was the reception. They wouldn't try to solve your problems or apologize.」

「We had a "garden room" which means no ocean view. Nice patio but looking at another building. There is a Pool and swim up bar. Pool is designed for kids and there were a lot of them! Only 5 lounge chairs that were never available. Servers were very polite and helpful. 」
