Al momento de check-in en hora de la tarde, si el huesped va a un domo tratar de tener ya climatizado el interior ya que se encuentra caliente. Y así el huésped tener una estancia agradable al momento de su llegada. Con respecto a lo demás 10/10

This hotel is everything! Our room was as beach front as you can get and we loved mornings and evenings on the patio. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Every single person, including the owners of the property, were so welcoming and friendly…even the 24-hour security guards (we never felt unsafe the entire time on the island but it was just a little peace of mind). Great place y stay

This place was fantastic! It had everything you needed so you wouldn’t need to go off property! The owners were very communicative via WHATS app and made check in super quick so we could start enjoying our vacation. The food and drinks were awesome. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip! A huge shout out to all the staff as they were very warm and called us each by our name .. we felt at home.

Great property, beautiful location. I would say that they would need to allow some form of partnership with a taxi company or private service for those who want to be out past 10pm when the shuttle stops. I love that the staff will book excursions for you and allow you to make the most of your experience. I do think there is room for an all inclusive for the guests. Excellent hotel in safe area with 24/7 guards posted outside. Restaurants and mall are just across the street. Rooftop bar is beautiful, especially at night. Employees are so nice! Loved it!

Our family stay December 16 through December 19. We stayed one night in La Casita and two nights and Tucano. Both rooms were nice but we love Tucano because we had the Riverview. We hiked Pico Bonito trail with Richards German shepherds, and just chilled by the pool and the river for the rest of this stay. The food and drinks were delicious! Great location close to everything, safe and clean.

My husband booked this resort for me I enjoyed my stay. Very relaxing my room was clean and it had everything I needed and more. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the beach and food at the bar. Beautiful ocean view and spectacular sunset. I will definitely be returning with my husband.

Great experience. Staff very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms are mostly beach front, recently renovated, clean and have balcony. beautiful view. Was a little disappointed that the beach was not sandy but rocky, but realized reef and sandy beach close by and could walk forever and snorkel right there. Town 5 mins walk with lots of restaurants, water activities and shops. Rented a car which was great to see the beautiful island. A lot of poverty but never felt unsafe....
