「Getting a hold of the staff for questions before my stay never happened. I called the listed number through regular cel network, also used WhatsApp and NOTHING. This hotel is in a nice spot, but communication was horrible. Also - they broke one of our chargers when making the beds, they didn't apologize, nor even acknowledge that they broke it.
Nice spot, but the staff and lack of communication will prevent me from staying here again.」

「I loved that I was able to cook in my room and store some snacks. The staff was amazing, Jennifer and Miriam had such wonderful hospitalailty. The hotel was placed within walking distance and easy access to restaurants and activites. FYI please book activites with a noteable company and NOT the people hustling on the beach. You will be scammed.
Back to this establishment, the only thing I do regret was that the gym was not yet set up so walking along the beach was the daily excercise.
