"The staff was very attentive to my family and family member with disabilities. The staff made sure we had all the accommodations and services. Excursions were offered to us and the staff made sure we were able to do the excrusions with my family member who uses a wheelchair and had the assistance we needed. The staff made sure to make a pured/blended meals for my family member in the mornings due to her special diet. Everyone was friendly! The beach is beautiful and right at the property. The pool is a gorgeous jungle feel and great for kids and adults who might not know how to swim. Thanks to Byron and Brent Fischer who set us up with excrusions to do around the Island and accommodations for wheelchair accessibility. "

"The hotel has an amazing selection of food (tasty, perfectly presented and crafted), drinks (quality on every sip), and a service to match it all. The rooms were detailed to match the Caribbean chill vibe with a great taste in artwork. I have to point out again the AMAZING service, the staff makes the stay that much enjoyable with a service that is second to none."

"Service was outstanding. Multiple stellar staff members - check in/front desk, pool, dining, activities center. I would suggest the canvas over the bungalow porch should be attended to as it was ripped in multiple spots. As we did not use that area, it was not much of an issue other than aesthetic. "
