「The stay was great unfortunately the queen size mattress was sort of hard, which I never experienced that here before, because i visit Shawnee 2 to 3 times a year. But like I mentioned everything else was great. I truly enjoyed myself, I was able relax and meditate. Waking up early to fresh air and seeing two deers eating made my day. The staff are always friendly to me and my family. They make sure we have everything we need...」

「The property is very dated. It could use some more modern features in the charming historic rooms. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Everything was clean. The location on the river is amazing. Be sure to canoe the Delaware River. The Thai place on Buttermilk Falls Road is amazing」

「Having a kitchenette is nice and it is spacious. Su[er clean. The pull out couch mattress was pretty thin and not in great shape, but not horrible. The ice maker in our freezer did not work which is a problem because, being a residence type hotel, there are no ice makers in the hallway. That being said, the hotel staff were quick to supply bags of ice and a repair man came very quickly to assess the situation. 」

「From the outside the Cobmin Ridge Motel is unassuming…the rooms however are, comfy, cozy with all that you need to make your stay enjoyable! It’s a bit retro - in the best way. And the owner goes out of his way to be accommodating….whatever you need, just ask. It’s a hidden gem that I almost don’t want people to know about, because then I would have trouble booking a room! 」

「This is a lovely inn. The stay includes a wonderful full breakfast. I just wish the room we were in had been darker for sleeping- heavier window coverings and a door sweep at the bottom of the room door to block light. Otherwise terrific in all respects!」
