「バスルームの設備が古い以外は快適でした。 」

「基本的に、スタッフの対応はとても良かったが、利用した４日間に渡りすぐ上の階で改装工事を行っていてハンマーや切断の音が響いていた。初日に午後６時まで、という事だったので我慢していたが、毎晩夜８時まで行われ、毎日、受付に苦情を申し入れたものの、「分かった、分かった」と言うだけで、効果的な対応はしてもらえなかった。 最終日くらいは、静かにしてもらいたいと申し出たが、当然効果なし。　夜７時過ぎに部屋の交換を申し出たが、止めさせるとの事だったので、そのまま留まった。結果、いつもと同じ８時過ぎまで工事がやむことは無く、ホテル側に改善の意思はないと思われた。」

「Customer Service is excellent. Right from you enter they make you feel special. We have visited the place before a few times and they remember us,call us by names,they know our preferences. It feels like coming home. A special shoutout to Anjali,Shyam and entire service team. At breakfast buffet,the team makes ur morning beautiful by their beyond excellence client experience. Housekeeping may use a little inspiration from their counterparts. To sum it up this place is home away from home for us」

「フロントでチェックインしようとして、パスポートを渡しました。そこに別の従業員の女性が来て、チャイニーズ???と大きな声で言いました。私は日本人ですが、チャイニーズだったら何だというのでしょうか。あまりに失礼で非常に気分を概しました。4つ星ホテルなのに従業員教育は全くなってないと思います。」
