They treat you as king/Queen no matter who you are

Excellent hospitality. They make you feel like a King! Loved it! The staff is very attentive and always thee to make your stay better. Indoor swimming pool is good although it’s not fully indoor! Breakfast buffet is huge.

We stayed on 2 occasions, taking a trip to statue of unity in between. The east side offers good views of rising sun. Our room was opposite staff access corridor which often gave off unpleasant smells. Therefore there is room for improvement and hence why I have resisted giving 5 stars. The location renders itself to noisy wedding processions.

My stay was comfortable. Pankaj and Anuj from Houeekeeping, Anmol from F&B and Ashish from front office offered exceptional service. Nonya the south East Asian rest restaurant served delicious food and the masala chai at breakfast was the best. I feel overall the hotel could focus on attention to detail, communication and cleanliness in terms of bugs etc.

That's my second stay at Taj Skyline Ahmedabad in 2023 and although this time around it was only for 3 nights, they made it even more special by being so flexible in arranging our wedding dinner, including the vegan cake! Many thanks to Sohail for arranging this and a big shout out to the usual crew, who all remembered me from the previous time and made the stay even more personal; Kimmat and Harshal at the front desk together with the usual crew at the Shamiana. Thanks everyone and I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

Didn’t start well with no pick up from the airport despite arranging it. Lots of phone calls needed to sort out laundry. We booked dinner for 11 guests and when we got there no table had been set up. The property itself is very clean and rooms are good. Service is friendly.

This is probably the worst Taj property I have stayed at. Some of the staff were rude. Shower leaks water outside and the bathroom has a sewage smell. The breakfast buffet is awful messy and dirty. Dont get me wrong some staff had smiles and were friendly. Other guest were also complaining about this as well

Having stayed at the Taj in Diplomatic Enclave, Delhi, before, I was quite keen on trying the Taj Skyline when visiting Ahmedabad. Whilst it's not quite at the same level of the Diplomatic Enclave one, it is still an amazing hotel, well deserving of its 5 star status. The rooms are comparable to other 5 stars, not wanting for anything, other than perhaps a tub for relaxing in. Our rooms (2 nos.) were on the spacious side and very comfortable. The best part was the staff, whether at check in / reception, dining or housekeeping. Keemat at reception was always helpful and the crew at the dining areas were great. Led by Treeja, Ashok, Sangreeta, Washim and Harshal were amazing in their hospitality. If anything could be changed, it would be to have more staff at the swimming pool to take orders for coffee, mocktails etc. Overall a very enjoyable stay and thanks to the aforementioned for contributing to it.
