「From the moment of checking in, the staff was helpful and courteous. The room was clean and room amenities were there as expected. The food was replenished as needed at breakfast. When I inquired about extending the stay, if required, due to unfinished business, Rudy was there to assist in any way possible and willing to provide the same rate paid as my previous nights. Will stay there again when back in the area! 」

「The cabin was clean, we liked the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower. I was very pleased when we arrived and there were several different types of coffee (the only thing I would suggest is to use the small liquid creamers instead of the packets of dry creamer). I liked that paper products were supplied instead of actual dishes, glasses etc., that way we could just throw them away. The staff are amazing and take pride in addressing even the smallest details and effort to make guests feel at home. The location is so convenient nestled in downtown Blue Ridge with walking access to most anything you will need. We cannot wait to stay here again! 」

「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」
