「Room was dusty, shower was not clean and the ceiling has water damage stains. When we tried to check out we waited for a long time by the front desk and nobody showed up to help us, we had to just leave the key cards on the desk. For their price you should definitely get better service and a decent clean room, not to mention basic free parking... Now I know Manhappyness has way better hotel options for a better price.」

「This was our second time staying here for OZtoberfest and we will continue to stay here every year! We have stayed in a few different hotels but this one has been our favorite by far!」

「It was all good」

「The hotel is dirty. They do the bare minimum cleaning in rooms. Roaches in bathroom and on the shower mat. Room was damp and dank. It had an odd odor that permeated our clothes. Do not stay if you don’t have to.」

「Great location!」

「It was great location to go to several good restaurants. The hotel stuff was kind and helpful.」

「Great!」

「First - please get rid of the skeletons in the lobby area. It makes customers leary as they first walk in. I do appreciate that the supervisor fixed the room from two singles to one king size bed. It really needs some upgrading in the rooms.」
