Great location, and great staff. But the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. Including the rooms hallways and breakfast area. The room was nice and cold and the beds were comfortable.

Nice cold air conditioning in the room when the temperatures were 98° to 102° outside!! So thankful for that! Front desk, staff was very friendly and helpful with all my questions about the facility and the surrounding area as I am not from Kansas, but was visiting.

We've stayed here before and I will say things are getting better. I believe they have painted and replaced carpet. It used to smell musty and didn't this time. Our bathroom faucet has been "repaired" but needs to be replaced. It shouldn't take 5 minutes to figure out the exact placement to get hot or cold water. The rooms are still very dark - but the new lighting does have USB ports - which is helpful. The curtains need replaced. They are torn and likely dirty. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff were friendly. Thank you!! The 1st room had an odd odor so we were moved to a different room with an odor but tolerable. Unfortunately you can’t open the window for fresh air. The 1st thing we saw when we walked into the 2nd room was an obvious bottle of half drank beer between the curtains that are falling apart. The staff offered to come remove the bottle. This room, especially the bathroom felt dirty. It’s also very dated with need for many upgrades, but that can be overlooked if the room is clean. It was an inexpensive room on a football game weekend, but not one that I plan to stay at again.

Room was very clean, great comfortable bed and ac was great. Fernando was very gracious and helped me with my luggage up the stairs and made sure I got to my car safely at 3am.

We needed a quick place to stay for the night and this worked! We were able to check in late at night, and leave later the next day. The room did have a very odd and unpleasant smell. However the bedding was clean, but the curtains were quite gross.

I love the fact that the staff is so nice understanding and so respectful. We got here and was treated like family, it was a wonderful experience and super 8 is yhe ONLY hotel i would stay at.

Breakfast was Continental Cool and Great! Since animals are allowed please use carpet fresh in the hallways on every floor to keep it smelling fresh everywhere. Enjoyed the stay.

Normally my reviews for this hotel are all 5s but this time, there were some issues. They had me in a room on the 3rd floor BUT did CHANGE it to one on the 1st [had some heavy items to bring in from the car]...so that was GOOD BUT the fridge didn't work [said they would look into it] but nothing was done....one of the main reasons I PREFER Super 8 for 2-3 day stays. One bed was broken and no coffee in the breakfast room on Sunday.....HOW do you not have coffee? Disappointed......

The hallways smelled of a mixture of marijuana and rotten garbage. The staff was pleasant. The security doors were broken anyone could just walk in at any hour. The window locks were not operational. The drywall behind the main door was broken. Don’t even ask me about the cleanliness of the bathroom. NEVER AGAIN.

The sheets on one of the beds had a stain on them. The bathroom sick and tub are stained or just not cleaned very well. The toilet paper roll holder was missing. The staff was polite. However, I won't be staying there again.

Overpriced, musty hotel with unhelpful staff

Moist, musty, and dingy hotel who jacked their prices up to ridiculous amount because of football game in town. It was decently clean but staff was very short and not informative when asked simple questions. For $250 for one night my family and I will never stay there again. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

When checking in I felt awkward and strange. On the map the location looks great but pulling in, the building is run down and doesn’t feel safe. We were dropping our suitcases off and heading out for the day and at first glance the room seemed clean and air conditioning worked but the rest of the property was dirty and smelled horrible. I had an uneasy feeling that never went away. Upon return, we checked out and found a different place to stay for the night.
