The room was clean & looked exactly like the photo from their site. The TV had a problem, but the staff immediately offered another room, but before that happened, another staff member arrived and quickly fixed the issue. I will definitely use this hotel again!

The room was the nastiest motel room I’ve ever seen. The bathroom sink was splattered with what I assumed was pop or coffee. The unused, wrapped toilet paper roll was covered in grime and hair. The shower stall was filthy. After I decided not to stay there, I discovered I could open the door without the key card.

Okay, I received a message in response to my review from ou. Stating it has to be reviewed and resubmitted. Not sure why.i only stated facts and none of it had the 3 items you listed! have absolutely no idea how this happened. I thought I was receiving scam/,phishing emails about this. Until I missed a call from Candlewood Suites. I was informed that i would have to reach out the website (which is you) to have this resolved. Due to my account being used and it appeared to be a valid reservation. I do understand this but what i cannot understand is HOW did this website send a reservation to this hotel and confirm without me? Hotel policy is no-show must pay - if i didnt reserve this stay i dont feel as though i should pay. Your website is one i have utilized in the past and i enjoy earning discounts and blue key cash towards future stays. The end result is that Hotels.com cannot do anything about the reservation or my account being charged by the hotel for being a "No-Show". I am supposed to just take the loss. I have asked both companies if one of them is able to remove this charge. I realize hotels.com did not charge for the no - show- Candlewood Suites is responsible for this: and Candlewood suites would never have charged me at all had they never received a reservation from hotels.com. Regardless of whether it was a scam, fraud, an error, etc! Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hotel was much more outdated than it seemed online. Upstairs neighbors were insanely loud and area around hotel had sketchy people in and out. No breakfast or coffee in the morning, no trash can in the bathroom, tv only had 1 channel in the room. Would not stay again in the future unfortunately.

I used my Expedia account to book this stay using my Expedia OneKey cash and had a receipt that the room was paid in full. When I checked in, they ran my credit card for the full amount of the room and stated that they did that on all Expedia bookings and it would drop off as a charge in a few days. I was expecting to be charged maybe $50 for incidentals, but they charged my card the full $188. This is ridiculous - had I known that, I wouldn't have used my OneKey cash or pre-paid through Expedia.
