「The service did not reflect a 5* hotel. Lobby toilets flooded the walkway outside the toilets on the way to rooms. Flies sitting on the hams and cheeses for breakfast. Although the spa was lovely and the spa staff were great. Would not stay here if the spa wasn’t attached」

「駐車場があり停めやすい．部屋は清潔でジャグジー付きの大きなバスタブで旅行の疲れが取れました．来年もまた来たいです。リフトがないのでそこだけ大変かな。」

「I forgot to ask for two single beds. I asked for it at the front desk and they had it ready for me. The front desk staff was very courteous and appreciative. Breakfast is also very good.」
