「New bulding and location near by beach. Its needed more time to start operating.」

「The apartment is overpriced as the furniture and general decor is very basic. Although inside the apartment was clean when we arrived, the balcony was dirty and we were advised it would be cleaned the next day. By day 4, I had to ask 4 times for the balcony to be cleaned as well as a room clean as we had no cleaning service up until that point (not even fresh towels).」

「Property is beautiful and staff is amazing. Issue is our AC in the room broke down during the night and It didn’t come til next day 10am and it was 34 Celsius or 94 Fahrenheit . 」

「Great central location in uppuveli. Easy walk to beach. Big breakfast every Morning but it wasn’t fabulous. However it set us up for the day. Not sure we needed the pool as the sea was so close and warm. But families were loving it and it was Nice and clean. Water went off every day for a period as did electricity- the electricity I think was all of uppuveli. Toilet broke on first day and was mended within the hour. I would say good value for the price. Budget travellers would find this property...

「隣のug bay に2泊、こちらに2泊しました。ホスピタリティや設備は良いのですが、二回目に行くかと聞かれたら、正直NOです。理由は三つあります。ビーチが目の前ですが、遠浅で、底がサンコの死骸とヌルヌルで泳げません。食事が美味しくありません。お客が少な過ぎて寂れています。何でこの評価か付いているのか疑問です。ハズレのホテルでした。」

「The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating. My dad has Dementia and the staff made sure both he and my mum were well looked after and attended to. The beach and pool were both clean and not crowded. The food was good - particularly the local Sri Lankan dishes. And the drinks were good.」

「This property sits on a beautiful, secluded beachfront with incredible potential, but it currently feels overpriced. The staff is genuinely friendly and hard-working, but management's focus seems directed away from urgent maintenance. The complex is suffering from a lack of upkeep, and the beach is littered with plastic and old fishing nets.
