"We had a palm view room, the view every morning was so peaceful and stunning. Staff throughout this hotel are very welcoming, friendly and polite. There were always plenty of sun loungers and the restaurant options are amazing. Couldn’t fault anything about our trip!"

"We had an excellent and unforgettable time at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The dinning experience was wonderful, especially at Laos. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary, upon our arrival, the staff decorated our bed with roses and a wonderful chocolate desert. The beach was excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious. We will definitely return to the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah on our next trip."

"The service can be better as a 5 star hotel. They treat guests as suspects and make us feel uncomfortable. They should send their manager to Japan to learn how to improve the service. "

"Great hotel. Maybe the best we have stayed in. The safe are incredible. Everyone one of them has so much time for you. We were her for two nights and this was the first stop on our honeymoon. We mentioned it at check in and the next day they left a mouse cake and a bottle of wine for us. Can’t fault the hotel."
