"The room was always so clean. The workers were all so lovely and helpful, whenever we needed something they actioned it straight away. All in all, it was the best experience we had and will be back soon. "
"The staff understood us when we wanted our privacy, and they would give us the necessary items needed rather than a full clean if requested. Tamin especially was great with us. "
"Very nice and friendly staff, rooms were big and big bathrooms. Very clean hotel and an amazing breakfast. Plus the bonus of watching sunrise from breakfast table. Everything was fabulous and also very close to metro station and the airport as they provide shuttles too."
"My friend and I stayed at the Rove Downtown Dubai Hotel for six nights. We went shopping and ate at the Dubai Mall every day. It took about 10 minutes to walk there. It was great for getting some exercise, and we could see the Burj Khalifa from our hotel every day. There's also a TGIF restaurant, a convenience store, and a souvenir shop. The staff and cleaning crew were all very friendly. It was so convenient and wonderful. I want to recommend it to everyone!"
"This was a truly beautiful stay from check-in to check-out.
We arrived just after 6 a.m., and the receptionist, Tahura, was incredibly helpful and managed to get us a room within a very reasonable time which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was exceptional: spacious, comfortable, and with stunning city views.
We dined at the international restaurant and the food was excellent. The service was outstanding, especially from Faquel (or was he Fariquel?) and Sumon, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for.
Although this is clearly a very busy hotel, everything was impeccably maintained , the pools were clean, the grounds were well kept, and everything was just beautiful.
Special mention also to the two African gentlemen (from Uganda and Cameroon) at the Waterpark station in the hotel lobby; they were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.
Overall, an outstanding experience. 10/10 - highly recommended.
