「visited with my girlfriend and Lynne went out of her way to accommodate us. it’s just a simple cabin, not a hotel room, but the listing was completely clear about all the details. it was exactly what we were looking for. the cabin was comfortable and the view is worth the whole thing.」

「This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The owners are friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our room was lovely and we slept well. Breakfast each morning was delicious. The property was next to the Homestead so it's an easy walk if you book activities through the resort. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.」

「The Josephine cottage was a spectacular setting for our week in Hot Springs. The spacious rooms and open floor plan gave us plenty of space to gather and also find quiet spaces to read and relax. Dinners prepared in the kitchen, on the grill and the Traeger bbq were highlights. The outdoor deck was a great place to enjoy the view. Beautifully decorated and thoroughly enjoyable!」
