「Ｅｘｐｅｄｉａサイトの情報ではＷＩＦＩ無料とのことであったが、実際にはダイアルアップの接続があったのみ。今時ダイアルアップなんて使う人がいるのか？って感じ。部屋は地方のモーテルレベル。ベッドのシーツやバスタオル類は清潔だったが、ベッドの下をたまたま覗いたらホコリだらけだった。」

「Central location to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Easy walk to North Williamstown train station. Apartment was clean and modern and good communication from staff. Highly recommend and would stay here again. 」

「The website advertising is quite misleading, giving no clear explanation of what is on offer - indicates you have access to, and sole residency of, the entire house. In fact, what you get is an ensuite bedroom with some light breakfast items supplied, and access to a shared kitchenette, where a TV and microwave are supplied, along with tea & coffee supplies, crockery/cutlery etc. Although different to what we expected to have, it was still very pleasant and quiet, and interaction with other...

「I have stayed here on 4 seperate occasions in the last 1.5 weeks and each time the stay has been great. You get a welcome drink on arrival (which I was not personally able to use unfortunately), the room is spotless and the aircon is amazing. The bed is huge and super comfy! The staff are really lovely too and it’s very close to Yarraville (where I need to be) and the freeway entry/exit. 」

「We had a very comfortable stay at Art house. Property is in a great location close to Westona train station. The house was lovely and clean , beds super comfy and hosts very welcoming. Would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for reasonably priced accommodation in Melbourne.」

「Good sized house. Amenities you assume would be there were not replenished in kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room so we had to go get ourselves. Washing machine front loader closed and mildew in side. Cupboard of instant coffee all very old and all stuck together. Not enough attention by cleaners to make it all good. AC blew dust out of the vents as well. Grass a foot tall front and back. Good house and location. Just needs the extra touches and attention to detail for the price.」
