「If one spends time reading the novel attributed to this property, somewhere it mentions the queen bunk being only bed. Whats not mentioned, is that it's an un-engineered excuse for a ladder with parts from a plumbing section with some sheet metal screws as fastners. 6'5" 250 doesn't work and will inevitably lead to someone getting hurt. Also, I had a few questions, and after only getting a couple 'automated' responses, gave up on talking yo a human. Didn't stay second night, and nicely told...

「Great place to stay for anyone that's traveling to the Springfield/Southwest MO area. Nice and roomy with plenty of places to enjoy time with the family.The grandkids really like the seats at the island in the breakfast/kitchen area.We are enjoyed the screened in back porch!Would definitely recommend this place to others!」

Very convenient for anyone venturing over to Finley Farms to dine at The Ozark Mill, The Garrison or just to grab coffee and breakfast at The Workshop. House dates to 1855.
