「Having stayed in the Basin Park on other occasions, we thought we knew what to expect. The day before our scheduled stay, the hotel offered us a free upgrade. We were upgraded to a balcony suite! Very nice and large room in a private part of the hotel. The balcony overlooking the park was private and large enough for a table and 4 chairs. The room had a jetted tub and a sitting area. 」

「We stayed in a suite for a girls trip to Eureka Springs. The room was overall clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised at the size. Front desk was friendly and it was easy to check in and check out. We would definitely stay again.」

「Our rooms wasn’t vacuumed we had dead bugs on sides of the bed and behind the furniture. The ceiling has water leak spots. Our balcony door was opened one time and after the handle came off. We let the front desk know. But it was very inconvenient. Overall staff was very nice. 」

「Great location, right on Vanburen road. We got the wooded view from the back. We had some real cool neighbors next door. Had a great time visiting with them. The weather was Great. 」

「This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are a little dated, but that was about it. The breakfast was hot and delicious and again, the breakfast room was very clean. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast kept eveything refilled and tables wiped down. Overall a great, clean place to stay.」

「Our room was super clean and very modern/updated, with super easy check in/door access right on your phone The area around the motel could have been a bit more tidy, looked like the steps hadn't been sweep for a while and could use a coat of paint Overall was very pleased and will stay again, mattress was sooooo comfortable, slept like a baby」
