「Booked a king bed, was given 2 queen's. I was told that was expedias fsult because they didnt have a king bed??A/c in room wasn't cooling off. Someone came to room to fix it and all he did was stand on the rolling office chair feel the vents. Turned A/C off and on then left. Room eventually cooled off a little after 4 hours.Way to many guest , lots of children. Could not use the pool or hot tub because of too many people each having lots of kids.Food area was so crowded, guest were rude, sloppy,...

「It’s in a great location. Hotel is a little run down but clean. I was on 1st floor right down from Lobby and next to elevator & 2 outside entrances and it was a bit noisy」
