"Is ok to spend a few days the lobby is beautiful the rest of the hotel need some updates. Some of the staff are very rude. They really need to get some very good security because one day we spend all day in the pool and there was a non customer in the property and in the pool. The breakfast was ok but need some changing there manu. "

"I’ve stayed here before. I wrote a bad review over a year ago about this place. I thought I’d give them another try. Boy do i regret it. Fist the AC shuts off on its own and the room was not kept cooled at all. Horrible especially when it was so humid. Second, no hot water again. I told the staff. All they can say was I’m sorry. I work for my money to enjoy my stay a I’m sorry doesn’t make it right. It’s time they offer me a refund or something better. I will be writing to the manager again because apparently he/she was not in"

"Great location, nice building, helpful staff - but the room was just odd - I mean kooky. It was 2 stories tall (we were told we got an upgrade, which was nice). There were no windows to the outside - which was weird, but there was a giant window (frosted) to the common area, so it seemed like a real window, and that was fine. What was strange was that the room (suite) had barely any furniture - the bottom floor (where the front door is) had a sofa, a small table, a small desk - and nothing else. There was so much empty space, it just felt weird. And there was a full kitchen - but with NO cooking tools, dishes, pots, pans - not even a towel to dry your hands when washing up. Why give us a full kitchen but not the ability to use it? We had some leftovers that we kept in the fridge - but there were no eating utensils. And a working fridge/freezer - but no ice trays to make ice. Now onto the good stuff - they were super friendly & helpful, and they booked us a cab for the airport for the next morning really early (earlier than the time breakfast started) so they had two breakfast boxes waiting for us at reception so we could eat! So sweet. And the price was great - and they had other amenities like a gym and a masseur/masseuse on duty."
