I gave this 5 stars because I have no doubt this was the best property in the area. The views are incredible and you are looking at the ocean while you are in the jungle. Very nice hotel on Herradura Beach.The hotel and the people are very good.The swimming poll is the best atracttion.But the hotel is boring,are not enough activities if you dont go on tour or practice golf.The food is very expensive in all restaurants inside and in the Marina.A big supermarket is about 500 meters from the hotel.Jaco town is about 10 minutes.

From the first interaction with Steven in reception (complimentary glass of wine upon arrival), to their willingness to help. Our stay at Oxygen Jungle Villas was amazing! The property is very well taken care of. The rooms were beyond comfortable. We even saw a sloth on the property! The only thing that I would say is that anyone staying on the property must have a vehicle with 4x4 and the hotel should definitely disclose that at the moment or prior to booking. Other than that GREAT hotel!

My wife and I spent a wonderful two nights at this resort. We got there late the first night and the staff was very helpful in checking us in and planning the next days activities. Our Room was more like a suite with kitchenette, small sitting area and huge shower. Breakfast was amazing... Better than in the "fancy" =expensive hotel we moved to. Good location between towns of quepos and Manuel Antonio !!! Would definitley go back.

We loved staying here. it was a romantic, pampered experience. Manager Scott made us feel very welcome and the wonderful staff were warm and helpful and friendly. Beautiful surroundings; our room was secluded and in the midst of what appeared to be a jungle/forest. we relaxed in a hammock on our patio while we saw birds, lizards and monkeys. the pool was refreshing and enhanced by the daily happy hour two for one specials which were well crafted. staff was attentive and friendly and the restaurant had good selections.
