"My spouse and I checked into this hotel on two separate occasions over a 7-day time span while visiting Costa Rica. It's an absolutely beautiful hotel and country! The staff at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. They took the time to explain their local currency and point on special coins. The second time we checked in the only thing worth mentioning is that on both check-ins we were never told about the amenities that were available to us on the Hilton Doubletree property next door despite the staff member going into great details about the amenities at the Hilton Homewood Suites. My spouse found out through another visitor in the elevator."
