Recommended

Excellent, comfortable hotel. Comparable to a good 4 star hotel in US. Location is good too, with several restaurant and a fresh food market just across the street. Downtown is $3 Uber ride away.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful, the property, the hotel and especially the staff. However, we picked the hotel for the outside pool and this was being repaired, therefore no pool. We really wanted the outside to be able to chill as we had been travelling around Costa Rica, and this was picked for the pool, but the staff went over and above to set up loungers, a table and chairs which was amazing. But would have appreciated Expedia advising us of this beforehand.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance at the time so had to walk to the sister hotel to use theirs. My only disappointment was that the shower did not produce warm water, cold showers in the morning sure do wake you up!!

The hotel is ok but I want to warn others to avoid the breakfast buffet. $40 US per person for horrible food. Who charges that much for cereal, fake eggs, and yogurt! Basically just continental breakfast stuff. I was completely shocked when we got our bill!

Air condition in room was terrible. Had to ataybon 24hrs a day and was loud. Ice machine was broke for 3 days. Staff was clueless about ice and many things. Very much rookies. Not good forthe price

rooms have no fresh air unfortunately, windows cant be open and the air inside the rooms is very old never circulated with fresh so I am not sure if I wanted to stay there for the money that I pay. I noticed as the economy gets worse all those big chain hotels, big brand names like Hilton, Sheraton, Intercontinental etc they started not to correspond to their stars and popularity and no name hotels or not popular one with same star rating give you better price and better accommodation and I started shifting slowly to those hotels. Earlier I only used to stay in the big chain hotels but today its not worth the money.
