Great location for accessing all of Vegueta. The staff were very friendly and helpful with planning our day and restaurant choices.

Would recommend to anyone who is looking for interesting design and great views and great service. It you're looking for an all-inclusive on the beach choice, this one isn't for you and didn't appear to have loads of options for kids. We were looking for a really nice 3 days away as a couple without loads of plans and just relaxing. The hotel was beautifully designed and exactly what we were looking for. The staff was also so friendly and helpful.

Amazing views from our room as well from the gardens. Across the road from a spectacular park and 15 minute walk to the harbour area with all its shops and cafes. We had a meal there and enjoyed some of the local wines at reasonable cost.Our only complaint is the obscene cost (18€) of the breakfast. I absolutely loved my stay here. Julia at the front desk was kind and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing. The dinner I had there was also yummy. I only wish they could be more careful about the freshness of items served at breakfast.

The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was also very nice. Angela was a great bartender and made sure we had an amazing time everyday. Very elegant, friendly, and well mannered. I will definitely have to go back for a second time and only to this hotel because I felt so comfort. Not only that, but it was close to the beach and strip mall where I felt safe. Great food at the hotel and surrounding beach front resturants.

One of the finest resorts I have stayed in. Amazing restaurants, beautiful grounds, pristine rooms and helpful, friendly staff. Close to a great beach and only 10 mins walk from the main town area with a lot of bars, restaurants and other activities. Would definitely return for a second visit when I get the chance!
