「the room was clean, pool was not open」

「食堂やロビーなどがウッディで、山の中のログキャビンを感じさせるホテル。スタッフの方はとても感じよく対応して下さり、快適に過ごすことができました。あと、無料の朝食も助かりました。ただ、山の中のせいか、ネット環境はあまりよいとは言えず、メールやLINEはなんとかできたのですが、日本のホームページを見たり、飛行機のウェブチェックインをしたり、ということは、難しかったです。」

「ティシュペーパーがほとんど空の箱が置かれていて、初めての経験です。 チェックインを違う日本人でしてしまったようで、20分待たされました。これも初めての経験です。 これら以外はまあまあでした。」

「BED BUGS! Run away from this one. Looks questionable to begin with, pool was closed in the middle of summer for no known reason, room was dingy, but we also found bed bugs. I ended up getting a refund but had to have Expedia intervene to do so.」

「We were a family group of 12. Beautiful location, clean, plenty of space, plenty of dishes, pans, etc in good condtion, great pantry space. Loved the water "toys"! The dock was pretty much all shaded this time of year but the water was atill warm so we made good use of the water float pad, kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets (all sizes and in good condition). We have 2 little ones so it was great not having to haul a pack n play and high chair. Loved the long dining table. Host was easy to...

「Our visit to Norris lake was incredible. Our contact with the guest was immediate and so helpful. We were not only given information about the condo but also with things to do and places to go at Norris Lake. The location of the condo provided easy access to the heated, clean pool and boat slip and a beautiful view from the condo porch which we really enjoyed.the condo was stalked with everything we needed and more. We plan to return and we highly recommend this rental. 」

「This place was nice for a quick weekend lake trip. The proximity to the boat dock was clutch. There were window AC units in the living room and master bedroom which was nice, but the bunk room was pretty hot. However, the host had a bunch of box fans in the unit that made it completely fine. It served our needs perfectly for a weekend spent out on the water. 」
