Take a look at our cozy studio apartment just off the beaten path in Lafollette TN! This space is fully equipped with everything you’d need for a home away from home. You are conveniently located minutes from downtown Lafollette, Twin Cove Marina, Blue Springs Marina, Powell Valley Resort, Tackett Creek riding trails, and Duff TN.

Disclaimer: This unit is apart of a triplex. We are not responsible for nor do we have control over the other tenant’s cars, outdoor toys, and outdoor cats.

This space is equipped with everything you could need in a home away from home. Need a good night's rest? We have a comfy, full-sized bed perfect for two. Have more than two? We also have a small loveseat couch that folds out to make a small pallet bed. This would be perfect for your accompanying little one. There is a dinette in the studio, fully equipped with any cooking utensil you could need, a mini-fridge, a toaster oven, a full coffee bar, and a sink. Once you make a delicious meal, you can sit down to eat at our two-person dining room table. Here for work? The dining room table perfectly doubles as a dedicated workspace. There is also a full attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo, toilet, and vanity. We also provide bathroom linens for your stay. Come stay with us in this quaint studio apartment!.

Owners will be available by text (preferred) or phone for any questions or needs during your stay.

Located in the mountains of East Tennessee just 2 miles off the highway. You are conveniently placed just a few miles away from Norris Lake and Blue Springs Marina, 40 minutes from plenty of hiking at the Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, only a 45 minute drive from Knoxville, and 1 hour from the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville/Gatlinburg area.

On-premise parking is available for two vehicles. You are in the country, so a vehicle is the best way to get around!

- No pets are allowed at this time.
- Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10:30 p.m.

Overall great experience

The room definitely exceeded our expectations, it was decorated nicely, clean and the attention to detail with the amenities was great. Had a great tv service and the bed was comfy! Would definitely stay here or another of their properties anytime!

Great little place

Nice place in La Follette. We stayed for a week and it was great for what we needed. Close to some good hiking places and we don’t mind to drive to places.During our stay, the coffee maker broke down and the host graciously gave us another one that same night. Great hosts!!

Perfect Location

Spent a few days here to attend my son's baby shower at a church within a couple miles. The place is - tiful Clean place , Comfortable bed, decent shower, front porch with chairs and a well stocked kitchen. I was able to prepare several salads and such and didn't bring anything else except serving bowls! Property manager was very attentive and made me feel contact her without reservation. I didn't have any issues that needed attention.

Small and Quaint

It was good for the short stay we were there. The location itself was a bit remote but the studio once we got inside was cute and functional. Host was very gracious and communicative. Toiletries are only provided for the beginning of a short stay, potentially not your whole stay if you are staying longer than a couple days.

Rural peacefulness

Studio 3 is a wonderful place to stay. It is furnished nicely. I really appreciated the washer and dryer and the fact that the hosts supplied a couple of days worth of detergent. The hosts were phenomenal! On the night of our arrival some really nasty storms rolled in causing a power outage. They were super helpful with all information that they had available to them and willing to help make things more comfortable for us until power was restored. We loved the fact that this little gem is tucked away in a rural area. We were able to sit outside and enjoy nature without the sounds of traffic and without light pollution. If we needed anything from a store there was plenty to choose from within a 10-15 minute drive. We are definitely planning our next trip down!

As described.

The studio was as described with the addition of a small stove now. Could use a little more TLC when it comes to cleaning. Not terribly dirty, just things like sticky cupboards, air conditioner was filthy. Could see daylight under it , perfect for the ants to get in. The place is way back off any “main” road. Had a little trouble finding it, but it was rainy and later at night. The outside needs some attention. Has potential to be a nice place just needs a little more attention to the little details that keep it from being a place we would stay again.
