「We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our 2- bedroom apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen had sufficient amount of utensils and plates. We brought our own coffee machine, if we had not, there would not be a way for us to make our own coffee (we prefer it first thing in the morning, before dressing to go for breakfast to the restaurant). 「Walls are so thin that I could hear the people in the next room snoring and not only hear them speaking on the phone but also the callers. The hotel stank of tobacco and the staff is generally quite rude and unhelpful. The location was the one positive thing about this hotel, as you can easily access shops and restaurants of Bansko.」

「Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. 」
