"The room was clean and warm the breakfast. However, could use some sprucing up. There was no pastries. Only one flavor of oatmeal. Only one choice of fresh fruit. Two different choices of yogurt, but I believe they were both strawberry flavor thank you so much."

"Well, I got there and no one was anywhere to be found. It was a blizzard outside and I had already booked and paid for the room. i used the couch in the front lounge for some nap time because it was already 3am. Called the phone repeatedly, and walked around the entire hotel for a good 30 minutes. Just wanted to sleep. Finally a maintenance man walked out and found me and he still couldn't find the attendant. Finally got into my room an hour and a half after I arrived. Room was fine, but you need to have a staff person there, or at least have a number that will ring them directly. "
