"We were upgraded to a villa after a 2 day booking in deluxe room and then the oceana suite, which we never actually got to see after being upgraded to a villa. We'd had a couple of maintenance issues with a plug socket and then a leaking lavatory in our first room. "Great place to stay on the Loboc river. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Plenty of activities to do fireflies tour is a must do. Scooter rentals at reasonable prices. Restaurants over looking the Loboc river serve excellent food. Whale shark swim 15 mins ride Loboc eco park 5 - 10 mins ride Ferry port 35 mins ride "

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, The hotel provides free shuttle service to alona Beach which is 13 minutes away, on most nights, So you can access the restaurants and entertainment.
