"The place was well located but dated: kitchen cabinetry, rooms, common bathroom did not have drainage. Pool was great. Airconditioning old and noisy. Stove top needed to be lit autopilot busted and lowering the heat was tricky. Water shortage happened causing our guests to move to city to shower (shampoo in their hair enroute). "I like this place. Airport close, not a lot of services nearby really but jeepney trip to Parkmall is simple. Good security too. Clean and surprisingly quiet. Bathroom fittings a bit messed up taps/ bidet/ shower/ tiles/ plug could all be fixed but you gets what ya pay for . And price is excellent. "

But the next morning I addressed my concerns to the staff and with the approval of the owner I was able to view 2 other room options and pick my choice from the 2 available units. After that my remaining 10 days were very pleasant. The staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating.
