Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Blanco - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"I’ve stayed at Los Cabos Blanco several times and my overall experience this time was very good but not excellent. The entire staff was very accommodating as always. We had a beautiful ocean view room. My disappointment with this visit was the closure of the Cilantro restaurant supposedly due to maintenance. We were there 6 days and never saw any maintenance performed. This is considered the higher end restaurant overlooking the beach. It was perfect for romantic dinners. We were never told when booking that it would be closed. If so, we would have rescheduled. So disappointing. The hotel has two small elevators which allow only 4 passengers at a time. One was closed for repairs during our entire visit. So one small elevator serviced the entire resort. Needless to say, we spent a lot of time waiting to get the only available elevator. As with the restaurant, we never witnessed any repairs or maintenance being done while we were there. We love this resort but they need to respect their customers and provide the excellent service they promise."

"Booked a king room with Hotels.com, when we arrived they said we had a two queen room and that’s the standard. After much back and forth I finally got my King room we booked. We were in building 19/20, seemed like an older building that could use some maintenance. Our room was huge and clean but the air conditioning didn’t seem to cool very well. Had to call twice for them to come check it out. The food was good and tons of choices, the market was our favorite. Staff was amazing and helpful. We enjoyed the golf cart rides all over the resort, they came quickly when you called for pickup. Only complaint is that they don’t let Uber onto the property. You have to use their shuttle services or a taxi. It’s $130 to the airport via their shuttle."

"By far one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. The staff was amazing and incredibly attentive. The food and service was perfect and I cannot recommend the spa treatments enough. Will definitely be going back very soon."

"This is my second RIU resort. I previously stayed at the adults-only location in Puerto Vallarta, which was incredible with wonderful customer service. The RIU here in Los Cabos has a stunning location and a beautiful beach. That said, the property itself felt a little tired, our room had worn outlets, and some of the staff seemed a bit burnt out compared to my Puerto Vallarta experience."
