「I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past 15 years and the restricted use of amenities and ability to bring your own food and drinks has gotten ridiculous. Staff assumed we weren’t staying at the hotel several times and would therefore take a very long time to bring us menus. Additionally, they made us go put our personal cooler at the beach because it didn’t “look good” nor fit the aesthetic of the place.
Probably time to go check out other hotels.
