"The room was clean, but the pool area was unkempt the pictures advertised were misleading, the hotel is pretty far from downtown and they don't have enough stores and restaurants around the hotel so coming back and forth from downtown to the hotel can be expensive, the taxis are pretty beat up and some of them don't have air conditioner still you have to pay a higher fare to get to places,the food is not great,on the complementary breakfast they serve the very minimum ,we ask the concierge to help us with a rental car and instead of the car we end up going to another"

"Location is nice. The lap pool is primarily for swimming laps and a quiet area. The family pool is a short walk away which we used more frequently for grandson and for floats in the pool. The unit itself is very dark and in need of updating. The beds were sufficient, but the upstairs bedroom could use some room darkening curtains. Overall, I would pick a different unit/floorplan. "

"Plan all your travel. They have no driver services. Make you wait an hour for a taxi from Loreto. Rooms are dated. View is gorgeous though"

"Perfect location on the town square and main pedestrian walkway (Calle Juan Maria de Salvatierra). Yet, the courtyard layout makes it feels private. Friendly staff at the daily breakfast as well as the Zipolote brewpub. Clean, well maintained. We'd definitely recommend"
