"Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, well-organized, and featured a sleek, modern design. The absolute highlight was the views—simply amazing from everywhere we went, including the room, restaurant, bar, and pool. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. "Nice place, but quite pricey for what you get. Maybe Ella is just a bit overpriced at this point… :) The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!! Location was good a bit outside of the busy Ella town. Quiet and peaceful. Only negative thing was that the walls to our room were very thin so we had to use earplugs to sleep, but it was ok for us :)"

" Cleanliness, friendly Staff, breakfast buffet."
