Excellent experience overall. Every staff was so nice and hospitable made us feel more than home. Amazing view and nearby attractions made our 4 days stay wonderful. Will highly recommend everyone to go and experience their hospitality and mesmerising view. Vipola, Ranay, rapheal, judith and basically all the staff were great.

Fabulous 2 days.

Fabulous! Had 2 nights here. Our beehive was lovely. Nicely set up. Balcony was a great place to sit and watch the weather go by. Amazing views. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Meals were lovely. Would love to revisit.

The hotel is located off an unpaved road high in the hill country. While the views are phenomenal, the location is far from the major attractions (e.g., tea plantations, waterfalls), especially given the nearby road conditions. The rooms themselves were small and basic in terms of furnishings. There is no A/C in the rooms, so the humidity is high and require opening windows. The closest village has limited dining options for tourists, so we ate on site. The food quality was 'ok' with a mix of Western and local options. For what this property is and its location, the price per night is high. Key positive highlights are the views and the warm hospitality of the staff.

Incredible place, accomodation is luxury, views are breathtaking, staff are lovely. If I went again I wouldnt take the half board option and order off the menu as the food and options were better and not particularly expensive.

Wir waren als Familie zwei Nächte hier und waren vom freundlichen Personal sehr angetan. Die Lage bietet traumhafte Ausblicke über die Berge. Die Preise für Essen und Getränke sind äußerst fair und die Qualität hervorragend. Ausnahmslos alle des Personals sind sehr freundlich und kinderlieb. Selbst die Baustelle, weil die Anlage um ein paar Häuschen erweitert wird, stört überhaupt nicht. Unsere Weiterfahrt, sowie einen Ausflug haben wir vom Resort organisieren lassen .

We had such a gorgeous stay at dream cliff. ‘Dreaming of Dream Cliff’ has become our phrase of the holiday. Sadly only had one night here. We have stayed at many home stays on our trip and thought we would splash out on one night in a fancy hotel. We never expected to be welcomed in the same manner as we have been welcomed by families in their own homes. The staff were so kind and made us feel so looked after. We were welcomed in with a blessing and when we left everyone came out to say goodbye and we got given a rose each. The little touches like that made it so special. The food was fine, nothing fancy, but this didn’t matter to us as we enjoyed everything else so much. Really great value for money compared to other luxury hotels.
