"Conveniently located for Darling Harbour area, we had a good sized, stylish room with a great bathroom. The bed was very large with best pillows I’ve experienced in a hotel for some time. The hotel was quiet and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. The only down side was the complete lack of view from our top floor room - it was just walls of adjacent buildings. However, I suspect there was little to see (a car park and other hotels) in the immediate vicinity."

"Carpets needed cleaning especially the entryway to the hotel and the hallway between the rooms. Hand marks on the inside elevator doors. Rubbish was left in the room from the previous guests, coffee and sugar wasn’t restocked. It didn’t seem up to standard for a 5 star hotel. No attention to detail. However the room was big and the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The shower was huge. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. However breakfast in the room was cold. "
