「This is a beautiful pet friendly hotel in a lovely and quiet area overlooking Lake Erie. Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Jenny checked us in and could not have been nicer! I will definitely recommend and return.」

「They had issues with the plumbing. There was water and sewage in both our rooms and the hallway. They had problems when we were checking in and they should have notified everyone and not rented out the rooms.」

「Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine.」
