「Unfortunately my stay at this property was not a positive experience. Upon booking I was aware that there were stairs to the loft. What we were not informed of is that the stairs were a fire escape with an extreme incline. The stairs even shook when being used as well as the ninth step being higher than all the other stairs. My husband and I both felt it was a very unsafe situation and were not comfortable at all with the stairs. We had brought our dog with us, I had to carry my pup up and down...

「Everything was perfect, we was bragginabout the place to everyone. We had our dogs over at the park and I got a message from Luke saying there was complaints about my two pugs that are service dogs for my husband who is a disabled Veteran. We have never had complaints about our dogs before. The one is 16 can't walk or can hardly see. Doesn't ever bark. I said how can this be when we had them at the park. The night before there was a huge dog out back barking. Kept us up all night. Nobody...

「Room was very clean and with park and lake right across the street, it was perfect location, with walk to the shops also only being a short stroll. Only issue was heated pool was advertised and pool was not ready to use. Just wish that was updated on listing as that was one of the main reasons we booked that room.」
