Great place to unwind and relax near majestic Lake Erie. Part of Christopher's Dockside Cottages, Anchors Away, is a beautifully decorated escape and the perfect setting to enjoy your time away. This cottage is inspired by boating on Lake Erie. Great for hanging out with friends. Enjoy the beach or marina by day and explore the wineries or nightlife on the strip. The cottage has a fully stocked chef's kitchen if you prefer to stay in. You'll love the decor and all the subtle touches to make your trip a memorable one. Can combine with other units on-site for larger group outings such as family reunions or weddings.

Perfect

This property has every single little detail covered. The cottages are adorable, they sit far enough off the stript that you dont hear the noise but close enough that you can walk to. This is a manager that lives in one if the cottages, he is so helpful. We loved our stay and are ready planning out next trip.

Adorable lake cottage!

We loved this lake cottage!!! The decor was so tasteful and fun!!! The property was so clean and it was stocked with everything you need!!! The location was perfect....close enough to the strip but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle!!!! We will definitely go back next summer!!!

Nice place for a short stay

The place was nice, and communication was great. The location is close to many places within walking distance. Our only issue was that the shower never really got hot. However, the water from the bathroom and kitchen faucets did not have the same issue. There could have been many reasons and would not want to speculate. We did not contact the property manager but will report it. We would definitely return and recommend this great little place.

Our GOTL Stay

Dockside Cottages was a great spot for us. It was updated and very clean. Perfect for just the 2 of us. Although its advertised as sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a futon, it would be tight for 4 adults. Due to recent storms the TV in the main room needed a from the start set up but we really made due with the TV in the bedroom. The outside door to the bedroom could use a blind for privacy. The see thru curtain was a little creepy but we covered it with a towel and were completely comfortable. Dan, the onsite manager, was great! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Awful

Not what was portrayed. Spiders everywhere. Kept killing them. Tiny no privacy. And a futon does not accommodate two people to sleep.

Great Getaway

We stayed in Anchors Away. As soon as you walk up the deck, it’s like another world! The decor is very nautical; ropes, anchors, oars, etc. Plenty of seating areas; it just encourages socializing among all the units. Our unit was a 1 bedroom, with galley kitchen & living room. Again, the decor is so inviting! And trust me, you will want for nothing. Just about every gadget and utensil is provided. The onsight maintenance man, Dan, is very friendly and helpful. You’re a 5 minute drive to the beach or a walk to the Strip. We had a great time and look forward to going again.

Amazing

Beautiful little cottage right by the lodge. Beautiful inside. Extremely clean, modern, comfortable. We loved the long deck area. We would stay again!
