This townhome is steps away from gorgeous Lake Erie Sunsets! Stay close enough to all of the action with the comforts of peaceful evenings.

Located between the east end of the GOTL Strip and Indian Creek Resort & Campground.

Guests have access to the entire unit, designated fire pit and picnic table!

Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

During your stay, we ask that you please:
• Do not remove heavy makeup with our bath linens.
• Do not use hair dye of any kind.
• Do not use bath linens to clean up any messes or spills.
• Pet owners – please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or bedding.
• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

Summer Vacay 2025

Our stay was excellent as usual. Our favorite spot for our summer vacation. Had a great time. Our condo had all that we needed and the great location is perfect. Enjoyed our time both out on the strip and fun having fires and hanging out together indoors. Highly recommend for anyone!!

Great location for our annual Thunder on the Strip trip!

We loved that this was just a short ride to the Strip. We enjoyed the quiet location! Very clean! Outside grill area, fire pit and chairs to enjoy. Our communication with the host was excellent from start to finish! We highly recommended the unit!!

Summer vacation

Very nice vacation. Stayed here for third year in a row. Screw was stripped on side door. Toilet handle was broke making it hard to flush and tub was clogged which the girl showed up very quickly to fix! 😀cleanliness was good. Everything we need for a comfortable stay. location is perfect. Close to everything. Always have a good time!

Quiet but close to activities

Property was clean and comfortable, equipped with the basics, large kitchen. Property manager was friendly and helpful when called. Location is close enough to visit the Strip but also able to take detour over to the state park if want to avoid it.

Excellent customer service

The company didn't know that the person cleaning the unit never showed up for work. We called when we got there and they responded so quickly. I haven't seen customer service like that in a long time. They went above and beyond for us and were so nice and generous with some extra perks for our inconvenience. We appreciated it very much and would book with them again because of how we were treated!

Fun trip

It was a nice place. Clean, tidy, easy access. Having the garage access was a bonus. We took bikes (4)with us, and were able to store them in the garage without having to lock them up. Made riding every day a joy! It would have been an absolute dream place if it were at least a bath and a half. Sharing a bathroom with 2 couples isn't ideal, but we made it work. Thank you. Karen

Summer getaway

I was very happy with the cleanliness and appearance of our condo. It was in a great location and we had everything we needed for an at home like setting while we vacationed. If you take morning walks, you can feel comfortable and away from busy traffic walking in the neighborhood. The deck was a plus all day for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. We are definitely looking forward to staying again next year and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great summer stay!!

Prosperity is perfect for a family and a dog.

Communication was good, clean and roomy for 4 people and a pet. However the patio door curtain is too long the way it is hung. It is not safe with a pet. Needs to be hung higher with a heavier curtain rod.

Nice place. Met my extended stay needs. Mile and half walk to center of strip. Even closer to E. End bars/restaurants. AC worked well. Private backyard with nice fire pit and plenty of chairs. Generally quiet neighborhood (when neighbors dog isn’t outside). Very short convenient walk to Loft-bar and general store @ Indian Creek

Could have been better

The house had had smokers before our stay so it took a couple days to get the smell out. Someone’s dog apparently had scratched a hole in the screen door leading out to the deck so we weren’t able to enjoy fresh air in the living room without letting flies on. I feel that should have been fixed before we got there. Otherwise we enjoyed it.
