「Personally, my wife and I had a wonderful stay. The property is charming; the apartments themselves are beautiful well-appointed, spacious, and meticulously maintained. The beach is lovely while not considered *the* absolute best, it is certainly beautiful and Eagle Beach (ranked among the finest in the world) is just a five-minute walk away. There are plenty of pools, bars, and restaurants available. It is well worth a visit and, above all, the staff is incredibly friendly and courteous.」

「We originally booked at Riu Palace Aruba – All Inclusive, but were moved to Barcelo Aruba due to renovations — with no price adjustment, despite a glaring downgrade in quality. We traveled as a large family with three separate rooms, and the issues were consistent across all of them. The rooms lacked essentials you'd expect at a 3-star hotel — no hair conditioner, no body lotion, and showers clearly not cleaned daily.
