「I planned a stay for 2 days and the pool was closed for 1st the day and closed early the next day. Our rooms needed to be upgraded... The TVs where older flat screens. I use to go there every summer and it was great but this was my first time since COVID and it was not a good stay for the money I spent. The best part was the check in host Melanie!」

「The place was everything it listed however -if offering the amenities of 3 full baths it should be mentioned that when using even just one you may or may not have hot water much less water pressure. We were “camping” so we managed but we also had older parents staying with us that created an issue with safety etc. 」

「Got to the breakfast buffet at 931 other closed at 930 and they couldn't even comp a breakfast for me with room service and told me if it was the weekend they would have been able to get me breakfast from the buffet.」

「Would not stay here again. I called the hotel multiple times before booking to confirm how a 3:00 AM arrival would be handled and was told it would count as a single-night stay. After arriving, I was given different information and told I would need to pay additional charges to remain through the expected checkout date. The most concerning issue occurred when hotel staff entered my room unexpectedly while I was inside. This was a major privacy concern and significantly impacted my stay. I...

「I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds several months ago. When we arrived we were put in a disability room with a king bed. The bathroom was dirty the carpets were dirty. The bathroom had pubic hair on the toilet. There was hair on the floor also. An odor was emanating from the floor and shower drain. We were very disappointed. We will never stay in another Radisdon」
