「We spent 5 nights at the Buccaneer Beach Club and enjoyed every moment. The staff was phenomenal - Stanley was very helpful and kind to our children. The beach is steps away from the hotel. The rooms were cleaned every two days and housekeeping did a wonderful job. We grabbed snacks at the EZ Mart, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel 」

「Food was not good. Restaurants you had to stand in line to make a reservation between 10-3. There were three restaurants.. not including the ice cream/ coffee shop that was twice out of ice cream, a sports bar that took an hour to receive your food wit no one in the place, and a buffet that was average at best. Out of the three other restaurants, the Italian place was good others not so much! Drinks were ok. Entertainment was ok. Staff was ok.not much of a beach… handles coming off on all...

「All I will see is that if you are looking to a beautiful beach jolly beach is just that! If you want that beach to be accompanied by great food and decent rooms then jolly beach resort is not for you. I have been to many hotels ranging from 3-5 stars and let me tell you how this place gets 3 stars is beyond me. The staff is rude, you don’t get your room cleaned, you have to stalk them for towels, the power went out 3 times and no one does anything about it. I understand that you get what you pay...
