「Nice hotel great location and friendly staff」

「Je suis très déçue de mon séjour dans cet hôtel, digne d’un 2 étoiles. Tout d’abord, nous avons trouvé des poissons d’argent à trois reprises dans la salle de bain, ce qui n’est clairement pas acceptable dans un hôtel de ce standing. Le point le plus grave reste un incident très stressant : je suis restée bloquée environ 10 minutes dans la salle de bain avec une de mes filles, pendant que mon autre fille était seule dans la chambre. La porte était impossible à ouvrir et j’ai finalement dû...

「Lovely clean hotel with fabulous staff! However, sadly,the vegetarian options for half board at dinner were really poor, mostly dried up pasta with either cheese or tomato sauce and occasionally a pizza or prepared salad that didn’t contain meat. Not a legume in sight on the legume serving area apart from sometimes green peas! 」

「The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!」
