「Bitterly disappointed 1) the website does not actually represent where you could be potentially staying, some rooms so so basic with camp style beds. The pictures online definitely do not represent this 2) the room smelled of drainage 3) I spent €10 on cleaners and bleach to hide/mask the smell 4) the hotel has 200 irons for 1000 rooms .. everyday we asked twice a day for an iron and could not be provided with one 5) hotel staff where at times incredibly rude! 「Didn’t get our rooms until 4:30pm. In one of them the shower tray had a huge crack in it that they had tried to fix with silicone. Couldn’t be moved as the hotel was full. In the other room we found a pair of socks that were not ours. Thin walls between rooms. Staff on check in and the breakfast room were very slow. Same at the bar upstairs. Better downstairs. Needs a bit of TLC and some better training of staff. Good location, nice decor, prices at restaurants and bars not that bad.」
