「The hotel was very nice and clean. No beach access across street, about a mile down, but had shuttle to beach. Water pressure in shower was lacking. We needed sugar for coffee in room and was given like 1 packet at a time,had to make multiple trips to get enough. Must be tariffs on sugar or something」

「Room was nice, very spacious and clean! Pool was warm and a nice size - but could be cleaner but I am sure it is hard to keep a pool clean with that many guests every day. Overall better than my expectations! Great location and clean room」

「The pool and hot tub were not available due to renovations, which was not known at time of booking. Room was still full price despite the unavailability. The parking was a nightmare. Not enough spaces, people parking wherever they could. The "breakfast buffet" was nothing more than a continental breakfast at any other hotel, which is charged at $18 per person. 」

「Very new hotel, but the floor had not been cleaned and a lot of hair had fallen. And when I was sitting in a chair,I found a lot of hair. scared! I was surprised at 5:40 when the clock alarm sounded.why!?」
